How to download Luna
Go to the download page and download the full setup.
Select an executable and proceed with the installation by following the wizard.
Please note that Luna is available only for PCs with Windows operating system. For devices with a different operating system, you need to contact us.
Get your license
After the installation is complete, open Luna and download your identification string.
Send it to licenze@hicare.com to receive your authorization string that you will enter in Luna in the area shown here.
